From 8th December 2023, with the entry of Regulation (EU) No. 2117/2021 of the European Parliament, dated 2nd December 2021, the inclusion of the following information will become mandatory:

 

  • The nutritional declaration in accordance with Article 9(1)(l) of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011;
  • The list of ingredients in accordance with Article 9(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011;
  • The minimum durability date (only applies to non-alcoholic products and those with an alcohol content of less than 10%).

  1. Can I create QR codes for free to test? 
    Yes. You can subscribe our plan FREE and create one QR code for free for 3 months.

     
  2. Which subscription plans are available? 
    We have several plans with different functionalities and quantities of QR codes that you can choose according to your needs. Check the available plans at www.qonnoisseur.wine/en/sobre-o-registo.

     
  3. Which payment methods are available?
    The payment methods accepted are: Bank Card, MBWay and ATM reference.

     
  4. How long does it take for my plan to become active?
    Your plan becomes active immediately after payment is confirmed.

     
  5. I already have an account on the FREE plan. How do I subscribe a different plan?
    After accessing your account, click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and choose the plan you want.

     
  6. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    The subscription is valid for 1 year. You can cancel your subscription up to 14 days after subscribing by sending an email to info@qonnoisseur.wine.

     
  7. Can I change my subscription plan at any time?
    Yes. You can change your subscription plan to a higher-value plan at any time. The number of references already used remains the same, as does the expiration date of your plan. The payment amount is the difference between your current plan and the new higher-value plan.

     
  8. Do QR codes have a scanning limit?
    No, QR codes do not have a scanning limit.

     
  9. I made a subscription request but haven't received a confirmation e-mail, what should I do?
